J$3,000 confirms your slot
Every appointment needs a J$3,000 deposit. It is not an extra charge — it comes straight off your total on the day, so a J$11,500 set leaves J$7,500 to pay when you come in.
Your slot is not held until the deposit arrives. Booking online reserves the time while the deposit is arranged; the details come through with your confirmation. If anything goes wrong with the payment, message the studio on WhatsApp at +1 (876) 462-7163 and it will be sorted.
Why a deposit at all? There is one lash bed and one artist. A two-hour slot that nobody turns up for is two hours that could not be given to somebody else, and it cannot be made back. The deposit is the only thing that protects that.
48 hours, and it moves with you
- More than 48 hours' notice — cancel or reschedule freely, and your deposit carries across to the new appointment.
- Inside 48 hours — the deposit is kept, and a new one is needed to rebook. At that point the slot is very unlikely to be filled.
- No-show — the deposit is kept, same as above.
- More than 15 minutes late — the appointment may have to be shortened or moved. A full set is two hours of work and it is never rushed at the expense of the result.
Come with clean lashes
- No eye make-up, mascara, oils or sunscreen anywhere near the lash line. Adhesive does not bond through any of them, and time spent cleaning them off is time taken out of your appointment.
- Come alone where possible. The studio is one lash bed in one room; there is not much space for company.
- Refills are for sets two to three weeks old. Older, or under roughly 40% remaining, and it becomes a full set — the full rule is here.
- Tell the studio first if you have an eye infection, a stye, broken skin on the lid, a known reaction to lash adhesive, or have had recent eye surgery. Some of those mean waiting rather than not being able to book at all.

How do I pay the deposit?

Is the deposit refundable?
It is not refunded, but with more than 48 hours' notice it moves across to your new appointment instead of being lost. Inside 48 hours, or a no-show, it is kept and a new deposit is needed to book again.
What if I am running late?
Message on WhatsApp as soon as you know. Under 15 minutes is usually absorbed; beyond that the appointment may need to be shortened or moved, because the next client's slot cannot be pushed back.
Can I bring someone with me?
Ideally not. It is a single-bed studio in one room and space is genuinely tight. If you need someone with you for a specific reason, ask beforehand.
Can I get lashes done while pregnant?
Yes — extensions are applied to the lash, not the skin, and nothing is absorbed. Lying flat for two hours is the only real consideration, so say so when you book and the position can be adjusted.
